In the most recent AFP Compensation and Benefits Survey, professionals with the CFRE designation earned an average of $5,000 more than non-certified fundraisers. If you have the experience, a proven track record in fundraising, and can find the time to prepare for and sit for the four-hour examination, then you too could be certified.
