Li Pon is the Internship Specialist at Tallahassee Community College. She completed her Associate in Arts degree At TCC, and subsequently culminated her studies at FSU with her Master’s degree. She started her career at TCC working with the international student office, where she developed her passion for working with student. She joined the TCC Career Center team in 2010 as the Internship Specialist. One of her main responsibilities is to pre-screen students and to match them with internship opportunities in their field of study.

Tim is currently working on a Ph.d. in Higher Education with a focus on Student Development especially as it relates to the career and professional development of undergraduate students. As the Director of Internships and Career Services for the COB at FSU, Tim works with both students and employers to facilitate the hiring process.

Mathieu Cavell serves on the board of the Big Bend Directors of Volunteers Association and the Florida Association for Volunteer Resource Management. After receiving an undergraduate degree at Michigan State, Mathieu attended graduate school at Florida State University and interned with Leon County government for a semester. After completing his thesis, Mathieu was hired by Leon County, where he has doubled the size of the internship program, placing majors from graphics design to public administration.
